At ORTC Clothing Co, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your items, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain attached to the garments.

  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location or courier point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
